The problem

More creative isn't always the answer.

A lot gets made. Very little gets learned.

01

Generic UGC

Content that looks native but says nothing specific about why your customer should care.

02

Random variation

More versions without a clear hypothesis, so volume goes up while learning stays flat.

03

Beautiful, weak messaging

Ads that look polished but are disconnected from the offer, objection, or buying trigger.

04

Unused performance data

Motion, Ads Manager, ROAS, CPA, CTR and fatigue signals sitting there without shaping the next brief.

The opportunity is not more output. It's better-informed output.

The REIGN Method

Creative production with a reason behind it.

The process keeps insight close to execution so every creative cycle can make the next one smarter.

How I fit into your team

I design. Your media team tests. The data tells us what to make next.

I don't pretend to run your campaigns. I work as the creative partner who can translate performance insight into concepts and assets your media team can actually use.

Selected work

Performance creative that still feels like the brand.

A selection of DTC work across skincare, beauty, wellness and lifestyle.

What makes it different

Less handoff. More context.

The closer insight stays to execution, the faster creative can become useful.

Too many handoffs.

LearningsVariationsScalingCreative cycles

What wins becomes a source of learning. What misses becomes useful information. The next round should always be smarter.

What you're not paying for

If you just need execution, I'm probably overkill.

Not: “Can you make this prettier?”

Visual polish matters, but it is not the strategic starting point.

More: “Here's what we're seeing in performance. What should we make next?”

That's where I can be most useful.

Creative fatigue doesn't fix itself.

A consistent system keeps new angles, iterations and asset production moving before performance becomes an emergency.

AI + judgement

AI makes production faster. It doesn't automatically make creative smarter.

I use AI for ideation, copy exploration, image generation, rapid concepts and production support. The hard part is still deciding what is worth making, why it should work, and how it should fit the brand.

AI is leverage. Judgement still matters.

Rina holding a bouquet of white lilies

Hi, I'm Rina

I didn't want to be a designer who just made things look good.

I work across DTC e-commerce and paid social, producing static creative, motion, UGC-style edits and short-form assets with a performance lens.

Before moving deeper into creative work, I spent nine years teaching technology. That background still shows up in how I work: I like understanding the logic behind a result, turning feedback into something useful, and creating systems that make the next round easier to execute.

I don't just want to make more ads. I want to help brands make smarter creative decisions, then execute them well.

Best fit

We’ll work well together if...

You already run paid acquisition.

You have a media buyer or performance team and need stronger creative output to support testing.

You care about both brand and performance.

You don't want direct response creative to look like it came from a different company.

You value speed, quality and clear communication.

You want someone who can own the creative lane without needing a ten-page brief for every asset.

FAQ

The questions worth asking before we work together.

No. I focus on the creative side. Your media team handles buying and optimisation, then I use those learnings to shape the next creative round.

Typical retainers include 24 to 32 assets per month, depending on the mix of static, motion and video. Production complexity matters, so capacity is agreed before we start.

Yes. That's the preferred setup. I work best when I can use their performance learnings while staying focused on concept development and execution.

We can start with customer insight, reviews, positioning, category patterns and competitor context, then build a stronger learning loop as the work gets tested.

No. Creative is one part of performance. I can improve the quality of the creative process and make decisions more evidence-informed, but I won't promise a media result I don't control.

Your media team already has data.

Let's turn it into better creative.

I keep my client roster intentionally small so I can stay close to the strategy, production and iteration. If your team needs a creative partner who can turn performance learnings into stronger ads, let’s talk.
